Let’s break it down.

Dead Sea Minerals and Niacinamide in both products. The toner preps the skin; the moisturiser seals what the toner built.

The PHA Face Toner's Gluconolactone (PHA) rebalances pH after cleansing to the exact range where the moisturiser absorbs most effectively. 3% Niacinamide fades marks and refines pores. Dead Sea Minerals soothe and re-mineralise. The moisturiser then delivers lasting hydration through Hyaluronic Acid (which the toner's hydration primes the skin to receive better), Shea Butter for barrier nourishment, and Dead Sea Minerals continuing the balancing work. Two consecutive mineral-rich steps, both actively hydrating and brightening.

Niacinamide — Two Daily Touchpoints (Both Products)

3% in the toner as a leave-on brightening layer. In the moisturiser as a quieter supporting active. Compounding pore-refining and tone-evening across both steps.

Dead Sea Minerals — Continuous Barrier Support (Both Products)

21 minerals rich in zinc, magnesium and calcium. In the toner, soothes post-cleanse skin and rebalances oil. In the moisturiser, nourishes and re-mineralises through the day.

Gluconolactone (PHA) — pH Prep + Hydration (Toner)

The gentlest exfoliating acid — large molecule, surface-only, also a humectant. Rebalances pH so the moisturiser's Hyaluronic Acid absorbs at peak efficacy.

Hyaluronic Acid + Shea Butter (Moisturiser)

Hyaluronic Acid provides deep lasting hydration. Shea Butter nourishes the barrier and locks moisture in. Applied to toner-prepped, pH-balanced skin, both absorb more evenly.

Tone: 6–7 sprays onto cotton pad. Sweep face and neck. Wait 30 seconds.
Moisturise: Pea-sized amount. Press into face and neck until absorbed (60–90 seconds).
SPF (AM): Apply over moisturiser every morning.

Spray toner midday as a balancing refresh mist.

Most routines treat the toner as a passive pH step and the moisturiser as a passive seal. This kit makes both actively work — Niacinamide brightening at Step 2 and Step 4, Dead Sea Minerals nourishing at both. Hydration that's been prepped by the toner and sealed by the moisturiser simply lasts longer than moisturiser applied to un-toned skin.
