Damaged products
In the unlikely event that any product you received from us is damaged:
- Please do not accept delivery of the item if the outer packaging appears damaged or any way tampered with
- If after you open the packaging, you discover that the item is damaged, you can return the product to us for a refund. Please contact our customer service at info@seasoulspa.com for initiating the return and send us the images of the damaged product. Once our returns section receives and verifies the product, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund as the case may be.
- Please note that we cannot promise a replacement for all products as it will depend on the availability of the replacement product. In such cases, we will offer only a refund.
- Refunds are offered in form of a credit note which can be availed on any further purchase on SEASOUL®.
If you would like to cancel an order, you can email our customer service at info@seasoulspa.com and provide details of the order you would like to cancel. If you cancel the order before the product has been shipped, you will receive a complete refund. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be honoured.
Please note we ship usually within 24hrs to 48hrs of order placement.
Returns Procedure for Damaged productsPlease contact our customer service at support@seasoulspa.com to initiate a return. Our team will note down your request and issue a return reference ID & advise on the return shipping address.
You will have to self ship the return to our warehouse. A flat shipping fee of Rs. 100 will be added to the returns credit.
Once you have contacted our customer service and obtained a return reference ID, place the products to be returned in a secure, solid package and seal the box securely. Please take care to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Inscribe the return reference ID and return address on the package and ship to the return shipping address as advised by our customer service team.
Refund ProcedureOn successful receipt and processing of the return, a credit redeemable voucher for the value of the returned item and Rs.100 shipping reimbursement (if the return is self shipped) or if you are a registered member on SeaSoul® portal than equivalent reward points will be issued to you. You will be able to use this credit for any subsequent purchases at SEASOUL® website. In case the return is not a valid one as per the conditions outlined above, it will be reshipped back to you upon payment of an additional shipping fee of Rs. 100.
The Refund process will take from 2 to 3 weeks based on your location. Once the item has been received by us, we will process it within 24 to 48hrs to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible.

The shipping charges are not fixed and depend on various factors like nature / category of your product, which location despatched from, gross weight of the product, etc. This amount will be over and above the value of the product.
The shipping charges on your order would reflect on the shopping cart / payment page. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time promised. We ship through leading courier services, and you can track your order online after it is shipped.
In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver any items in your order, be assured that you will not be charged for that item, or you shall be refunded the full amount charged for the item. Each order would be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
We make our best efforts to ensure that each item in your order is shipped out by the seller within 2-3 working days of the order date. However in some cases, it may take longer, upto 5 or more working days, to ship the order where there is a heavy demand.
Sellers shipout orders on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. While the sellers strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice of the seller. In case, inadvertently, the same is not received, you may write an e-mail to support@seasoulspa.com mentioning your order reference number.
